The hot tub was great and well maintained throughout our stay. It was a bonus to have a washing machine in the lodge. The location was peaceful and quiet, with a pub nearby that had live music on Friday nights.

The lodge needed maintenance and a deep clean. The en-suite bathroom sink and shower were blocked.

The lodge was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The park had a lovely dog-friendly pub with great food and friendly staff. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking area, knowing our dog was safe. There were plenty of places to visit nearby and the hot tub was a great bonus. The welcome pack was a nice touch.

The communication for check-in was poor, which caused unnecessary stress before our trip. The cleanliness of the lodge was not up to par, with dog hairs on the floor and sofa.

Finally found a place with a restaurant and bar, so I didn't have to cook or go out for food. And the billiards and darts were a nice touch, even though I'm not great at them.

The maintenance and cleanliness of the lodge were simply exquisite. Couldn't get enough of the broken sofa, blocked sink, and dirty curtains.

We had a wonderful stay at Hazel Oaks, a beautiful lodge with a hot tub at Felmoor Park. the location was perfect, easy to find and accessible to the A1. It was also very central for exploring Northumberland. the lodge itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like biscuits, milk, and wine. the beds and sofa were extremely comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. We also loved the on-site pub where we could bring our dog, and the food and staff were excellent. it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing to be said 😊.

Spacious lodge, lounge with comfy sofas, big TV. Well-equipped kitchen, bath in bathroom, ensuite bedroom. Great hot tub. Clean everywhere, carpets slightly damp. Convenient location near A1. Nice touch with biscuits, bubbly, and crisps on arrival. Easy access with lockbox, just pull down black switch. Enjoyed despite weather, would book again.

We stayed at this beautiful lodge for 3 nights with our 2 older kids. The bedrooms were great and the double bedroom even had its own little bathroom with a shower. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and there was even a washing machine for our convenience. The area was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the nearby pub with bingo night on Saturdays and live music on Fridays. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and perfectly maintained throughout our stay.

The lodge had everything we needed - spacious lounge, comfy sofas, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a great addition and was well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby Market Town and beautiful coastal areas. The pub/restaurant on site was also a pleasant surprise, with live music on Friday nights.

The lodge was not as clean as we had expected. There were dog hairs on the floor and sofa, and the bathrooms needed major cleaning.
